May 2012 I had never used Pioneer before, but had heard they were reputable, so I gave them a try. I had some predeposed doubts about how they would be able to clean up everything, considering I had a difficult carport roof that badly needed cleaning. I also had worries over my tiny garden getting stepped on and having a ladder put on top of my Bird of Paradise! So, needless to say, I was leary to come home - but I must say, I could not even tell they had been there! Everything was spotless and I was quite impressed with the carport roof - imaculate! I could not be more pleased with the work done. I will definitely call them again next year and highly recommend Pioneer to everyone. Excellent! My husband HATED cleaning the gutters (who enjoys this??) and I was always worried sick about him climbing our shakey ladder. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Pioneer but let me tell you that this company is incredible! They come out every 3 months and they keep track of when they need to come. They do a SUPERB job--much, much better than my husband ever did!!--and are the most courteous and friendly guys around. They clean up so well that you can't tell that they've been here and are very respectful of our shrubbery, flowers, etc. We recommend them highly and I tell ya, once you have somebody cleaning your gutters (who have the equipment and know-how), you'll never go back to cleaning them yourselves! Your men (I believe their names were William and George) just finished your first cleaning of my roof, gutters and downspouts. I just cannot say enough good things - I am so pleased with the job they did! I've had people sweep off my roof before but they usually leave a mess behind. Not these two! They swept and hosed and raked my whole house. They even cleaned off the mildew from the front of the house. When I thanked them, they just smiled and said "we aim to please".
